Resilience is that precious thing that we all seem to need more of, especially these days. Resilience dictates whether or not you have a meltdown at the end of a long day. It is something that is a finite resource that can be tested and built up if you understand the building blocks. Through trial and error we have discovered ways to build reserves of resilience. However, most people would look at that and immediately think that the Netflix binge they had the night before was pretty darn relaxing. Attendees will learn what constitutes actual active relaxation, what the benefits are and different tips for incorporating into a busy life.
